Work Location: Sector 126, Noida Work Timings: Rotational Shifts, Person should be comfortable for Australian, Indian, UK & US Shifts (Night shifts will be work from home) Desired Experience: Upto 3 years, Freshers with excellent comm. skills are also welcome CTC to offer: Max 3 lakh No. of days working: 6 (Saturday shall be work from Home) Roles and Responsibilities: • Answer calls professionally to provide information about customer orders and services or obtain details of complaints. • Keep records of customer interactions & inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as action taken. • Follow up to ensure that appreciate actions were taken on customers’ requests. • Refer unresolved customer complaints or requests to designated departments for further investigations.


Desired Candidate profile: • Strong Communication Skills • Ability to listen with active problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to handle pressure • Good knowledge of MS-Excel • Must be flexible to work in different time zones in accordance with business requirements
