We are looking for a self-driven individual who possess excellent hardware/networking skills and is willing to learn new technologies to serve as a technical support engineer for the Hardware & software troubleshooting tasks. He should be comfortable in handling various electrical and electronic devices or circuits present in the Locker system.

Note: Must Have own conveyance

• Install & Maintain Locker Hardware devices across PAN India along with configuration of new software & hardware.
• Handling all duties from Installing to Upkeep of electronic devices
• Upgrade System software & Hardware with new releases & models.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems regarding Operating system or Computer Hardware.
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Provide technical assistance to third party vendors and team whenever required.
• Must Have knowledge of operating Excel for managing and publishing monthly or daily reports.
• Candidate should have good communication stills to provide technical support to International Clients.
• Should be well versed in Hardware Assembly.

• Willing to travel to various outstation locations for troubleshooting at short notice
• Must have knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Router & Ip camera configuration.
• Should be comfortable in using OS from command line terminal
• Should be comfortable to work on Weekends & Night Shifts.
• Should have prior experience in configuring routers, switches, creating ethernet cross and serial cables, etc.
• Experience in installation and commissioning of CCTV, NVR, Ip cameras etc.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic setup, to rout power to various components in lockers & like ATM, Cheque book printing Kiosk.
• Experience in using electrical test equipment.
• Experienced in soldering components and cables
• Familiar with various operating system & platforms.

• Graduation in the field of either electronics or electrical.
• Experience designing, building, and managing a network infrastructure Experience with /Unix/Windows infrastructure, systems, software, and tools.
• Experience implementing system monitoring infrastructure.
• Basic understanding in networking concepts, based on TCP/IP, storage concepts and server-client based application concepts
• Venture minded, excellent team player, able to work with minimal supervision
• Design, build and maintain normal and smooth operation of operating systems, application systems, databases based on Windows.
