The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and close strong candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers. Ideal candidate would have successfully worked on profiles like Java developer, Full Stack developer, Dev Ops, Angular Developer, Dot net developer etc.

• Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment from searching/ sourcing & screening resume to shortlisting candidates, coordinating & conducting interview
• Source and hire the right profile for the said requirements especially in IT/Software services.
• Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
• Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per "Hiring Manager" needs & their suitability
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions)

• Technical /IT recruitment experience is a plus
• Pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate
• Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience of working in IT / Software company will be an added advantage
• Effective negotiation, influent communication skills.
• Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
• Experience in Handling multiple positions
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
• Strong email writing abilities
