We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead – PHP & WordPress Development to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical aspects of our projects, particularly those related to PHP and WordPress development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

• PHP & WordPress Development:
  Lead and Support the development of PHP and WordPress-based websites, landing pages, blogs and content management systems with themes, and plugins.
• Manage websites:
  Ideate, build, test and deploy web applications and engaging tools, like forms, pop-up notifications, lead magnets, chatbots, and interactive web applications to support digital marketing efforts.
• Code Review:
  Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.
• Quality Assurance:
  Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free, high-performance websites
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, content writers, SEO, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Research and Development:
  Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Core PHP / PHP and WordPress development.

• Creative technologist with MCA / BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
• Proven work experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), and Git
• Comprehensive knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and related website development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, MySQL).
• Ability to code WordPress plugins and themes utilizing Elementor, Divi and similar platforms, work with external APIs.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

• Exposure to enterprise SAAS marketing environment with an agency background.
• Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Joomla).
• Familiarity and troubleshooting experience with cloud hosting platforms, like AWS, GoDaddy or similar.
• Contribution to open-source projects related to PHP or WordPress.
