Position Summary:

As a Presales Consultant at FCI, you will assist the sales/business development team by creating robust business and technical Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions for new prospects and existing customers. You will face complex problem-solving challenges to link business benefits that a CCM product provides, with business KPIs and strategy/architecture of prospects, in order to help in driving compelling consultative selling. You will liaise with Product Management and Sales to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to FCI CCM Product Suites

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Your job will involve you working closely with cross-functional teams of developers and architects. The relationship you build with customers will be crucial for the overall growth of FCI. The role will involve liaising with CXOs and leadership teams of enterprises and will evolve into a SME eventually.
  • You should have excellent technical, communication and organizational skills. Any previous experience in BFSI customer service or CRM will be preferred. As a Presales Consultant you will work hand in hand with the sales team to introduce FCI’s capabilities. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand "Why FCI-CCM is important to their business".
  • Work with Sales / Business development and account teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and convert prospects to customers
  • Work closely with the product management team to translate the business requirements of the customer to technical milestones
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight FCI’s value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents.
  • Work independently with prospects / customer's technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between FCI and customer's infrastructure.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • MBA / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience of working on SaaS products / CRM companies will be a plus
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate uniquely differentiated value propositions to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
  • Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Should have proven capability to engage the client at an executive level
  • Able to engage in a technical and business conversation with the customer to understand their requirements
